Free shipping on orders over NT$3,200.
Orders below NT$3,200 will incur a shipping fee of NT$150 (NT$200 for outlying islands).
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days (3–7 days for outlying islands).
International
Free shipping on orders over NT$6,200.
Orders below NT$6,200:

Europe & North America: NT$1,200
Oceania: NT$700
Latin America & Africa: NT$1,000
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

Terms of Sale

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method. For urgent requests, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters or typhoons), shipping schedules may be adjusted accordingly.
To maintain system integrity and fair usage, accounts with repeated failure to collect orders may be considered high-risk. We reserve the right to restrict ordering privileges or cancel orders under such circumstances. If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact customer service in advance.
For orders with incomplete shipping information, we will attempt to contact the customer within 3 business days. If no response is received, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
We recommend recording a video when opening your package to protect both parties’ rights. For any order-related issues, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
International Terms of Sale

Please provide complete shipping details in English for international orders. For Chinese-speaking regions, Chinese may be used where applicable.
Import duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
For orders with incomplete information, we will attempt contact within 3 business days. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled without further notice.
Customers are advised to review local regulations prior to purchase to ensure the product can be delivered to the destination country. We are not responsible for items seized by customs, and shipping or product costs will not be refunded in such cases.
Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene considerations, skincare products are classified as personal consumables.
Eligible for return:
Requests made within 7 days of receipt
Products must be unused and unopened
Returned with original packaging and accessories

Reactions due to individual skin conditions

Please contact customer service within 3 days and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service. Submission of a return request indicates agreement to the full return policy.
For credit card payments, refunds will be issued to the original card. Processing time may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on the issuing bank. Refunds may appear on the current or following billing statement. For other payment methods, customer service will assist with arrangements.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
International Returns

International orders are also eligible for a 7-day review period. Due to cross-border logistics, only returns (no exchanges) are currently accepted.
After contacting customer service, please return the product. Once received and verified, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, fails customs clearance, or is returned due to incorrect address, shipping fees will not be refunded. The refund will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping and any additional incurred costs.
All transactions and refunds are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Any exchange rate differences will be borne by the customer.

However, skincare products are classified as personal hygiene items. Once opened, they are not eligible for return unless defective.
